I leased a 2024 Mercedes from Crown Eurocars, and the vehicle has already spent over a week in the shop due to stalling and a persistent check engine light. The stalling occurred while the vehicle was in motion — which is a serious safety concern. I was charged $970 for first B service for my Mercedes-Benz GLC300. I believe it is over charged. When asking adviser Bruno why it is so expensive, it is about twice the average B service cost. He blamed me why I did not ask before. I said I trusted you and did not do research. He looked very impatient. I felt he was not really care.
Tony Cintron (technology expert at Mercedes Crown Eurocars) is amazing!! He knows EVERYTHING about all the technology in my new 2025 E450! And that car has an immense amount of technology to learn.
